Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Ready Property Leads ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information of buyers who sign up at readypropertyleads.com to browse and purchase real-estate seller leads. It does not cover the sellers whose contact information is delivered to buyers as part of a purchased lead — that information is governed by our agreements with our lead-sourcing partners and the laws applicable to those leads.

• Account info: email address (collected when you sign up with email/password or with Google), and — if you sign in with Google — your basic Google profile (name and profile picture, only what Google's "email" and "profile" scopes allow).
• Lead preferences: buyer type (agent or investor), target US states, optional phone number, referral source.
• Billing info: we don't store your card number ourselves. Stripe collects and stores it; we keep only a Stripe customer ID, payment method fingerprint (last 4 digits, brand), your weekly budget cap, and your authorization timestamp.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP, user-agent, pages visited) and the leads you've purchased. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers that share data across sites.

• Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
• Match you to leads that fit your buyer type + target states.
• Charge your card for delivered leads (within your weekly cap).
• Send transactional emails (signup verification, password reset, charge receipts, delivery notifications). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

When you click "Continue with Google" we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google. That's it. We don't request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google product. You can revoke our app's access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We use the following sub-processors to operate the service. Each receives only the data needed for the function described.

• Stripe — payment processing. Receives your name, email, card details, and charge history.
• Supabase — auth and database hosting. Stores your account record and lead preferences.
• Vercel — web application hosting. Receives standard request logs.
• Resend — outbound transactional email delivery (verification codes, receipts). Receives your email address and the email body we send.
• Mapbox — renders the marketplace map. Does not receive any personal info; only your browser's IP for rate limiting.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google. Google sees that you're signing in to our app; we see only your email + name + picture per Section 4.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.

We keep your account and its purchase history for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, lead preferences, and personally identifying information within 30 days. We retain transaction records (without payment details) for 7 years to comply with tax and dispute-handling obligations.

You can:

• View and edit your account info from the Billing and Account pages.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by emailing eva@myrealestateengine.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
• Request account deletion by emailing the same address. We confirm deletion via email and remove data per Section 6.

California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA (right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — none of which we do). EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. Exercise either by the same email above.

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in (Supabase Auth session cookies) and to remember your in-progress onboarding choices (sessionStorage). We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Sensitive lead contact details (phone numbers, addresses) are gated by row-level security and are only readable to a buyer who has purchased that specific lead. We never expose other buyers' purchase history or payment details to you.

Ready Property Leads is a tool for licensed real-estate agents and investors. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we've inadvertently collected data from a minor, we delete it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email at least 7 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision.
