Terms of Service

Ready Property Leads is a marketplace that delivers real-estate seller-lead contact information (name, phone number, property address, and a conversation transcript) to verified buyers — real-estate agents and investors — for a per-lead fee.

When you save a payment method on your account, you expressly authorize Ready Property Leads to charge that card for each lead delivered to your inbox, up to the maximum weekly budget you've selected on your Billing page. Each lead is charged separately the moment it's allocated to you.

Individual lead prices typically range from $15 to $90, set by the lead's quality score. We will never exceed your weekly budget cap in any 7-day period. If your card is declined, matching for your account is automatically paused until you update your payment method.

You can pause matching, change your weekly budget, or remove your card at any time from the Billing tab. Pausing takes effect immediately — no further leads will be allocated or charged.

Because we deliver contact information immediately upon charge — and contact information cannot be "returned" — all sales are final once a lead is delivered to your dashboard.

If a lead is materially misrepresented (e.g., the phone number was disconnected at time of delivery, or the lead was a duplicate of one we previously delivered to you), email eva@myrealestateengine.com within 7 days with the lead ID and we'll review case-by-case. Refunds for quality issues are at our discretion.

Once a lead is delivered to you, it is removed from the marketplace and not sold to any other buyer. We guarantee this exclusivity for the lifetime of the lead.

Our lead generation process is proprietary. We don't disclose how leads are sourced, but every lead in the marketplace has affirmatively expressed interest in selling their property — they're not random contacts.

You agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws when contacting leads (TCPA, state-specific telemarketing laws, real-estate licensing requirements in your jurisdiction). Ready Property Leads is not your real-estate broker, attorney, or compliance officer; how you use the leads we deliver is your responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate your account if your card repeatedly fails to charge, if you violate these terms, or if we receive credible reports of harassment or illegal contact behavior toward leads.

We respond to all card disputes with the timestamped authorization record we collected at signup, the per-charge confirmation emails we send for every transaction, and proof of lead delivery. Filing a chargeback for a lead that was actually delivered is fraud and may result in account termination plus collection of the disputed amount.

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
